WHY ODDZEEZ?

Firstly, because Oddzeez socks are fun, they are bold, and they are odd. They will turn heads and start conversations. They allow you to add some personality and brighten up your otherwise dull work suit, or dress up the plain pair of chinos, or just rock out with them around the house. Wherever and however you decide to wear your Oddzeez, they are designed to be fun. At the same time they are high quality so they will maintain that comfort and softness for longer than your other socks. All orders are processed the same day they are placed and sent out straight away. They are delivered fresh to your door for your convenience. Secondly, because we see our customers as more than just a sale or a number. When you join or buy from Oddzeez you are a part of our Odd Squad and that is a part of our family. Sure, we just sell socks. But being a small family run Australian business we still believe in creating an unmatched level of customer service in every way we can. This means responding to our customers quickly, being interactive and open to feedback, but also delivering a quality product at a fair price. WHAT ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?

Our socks are made of 75% combed cotton. We chose combed cotton because it is a very soft but very strong form of cotton. It was important to us not only to have a sock that feels comfortable and soft on the foot, but also to have one that is strong and of good quality.

HOW DO YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES WORK?

With Oddzeez, you have three options:

  1. Upfront purchase – You can select socks to purchase as a once-off without the commitment of an ongoing subscription. Select the designs you want to purchase and the quantity, and add these to your cart. When you are ready, check out, and complete the payment. We will post the socks out straight away.
  2. Gift subscription – You can purchase a prepaid subscription as a gift for a friend or family member. Choose whether you want to send them a 6-month, or 12-month subscription (one sock per month). You can choose the designs you want them to receive, or leave it to us to choose at random (they will not receive the same sock twice). Check out, and enter the recipient’s details in the delivery section. Please add a note if you want the subscription to begin on a certain date (after Christmas or a birthday, for example). You will get a certificate you can give to them to let them know what is coming. You will be charged the total fee for the subscription upfront.
  3. Ongoing subscription – You can subscribe to have socks delivered to your door once a month, once every two months, or once every three months. Select the frequency (monthly, 2-monthly, or quarterly), and the quantity you want to receive with each delivery. You can then choose the designs you want to be sent, or leave it to us to pick at random. Please note that designs will continuously be added to our product list. You can log into the Members Area at any time and change the designs you want to receive. You can also update your information like address, payment details, etc.

CAN I CANCEL MY ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, an ongoing subscription can be cancelled at any time without penalty or cost. We just need at least five business days’ notice prior to your next charge / delivery going out. Please note that a gift subscription is paid in advance (for 6 or 12 months) and as such, these cannot be cancelled.

 

WHEN DOES MY PAYMENT FOR A SUBSCRIPTION GET PROCESSED?

You will be charged immediately upon checking out for your first cycle or purchase. Depending on the frequency you choose (monthly, 2-monthly, or quarterly), you will be charged again in one, two, or three-month’s time and on the same day of your cycle ongoing.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SOCKS?

You will receive your first pair within five business days of placing your first order. Some regional areas do take longer, but otherwise you should have them within a couple of days. Your order will then be sent out on the same day each month, two months, or quarterly going forward from there. If ordering from outside Australia, please note the delivery time will take slightly longer.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are not 100% happy with your socks, please contact us via email, and we will work with you to find a solution that you are completely satisfied with.

WILL THE PRICE OF MY ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION INCREASE?

No. As long as you have an active subscription, your price will not change. You will be immune to any price rises we might have for new customers along the way. If you cancel your membership and re-join later, you will be subject to those new prices at the time of re-joining. You do have the option of pausing your membership for a period, and your pricing will still be honoured because your membership remains current – see below.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can pause your membership for up to six months at any time. You will not be charged or sent any socks during this time. Your pricing will also be held if you re-activate before the end of the six-month period. You can only pause your membership once in any 12-month period. You can both pause and re-activate your membership via the Members Area.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

For postage within Australia, delivery is free of charge. The price you see advertised for both upfront purchases and subscriptions is the total amount you pay. We don’t charge you any extra for shipping. There is a flat fee of $5-$7 for shipping internationally dependent on your location.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can ship your socks to anywhere around the globe. There is a flat fee of $5-$7 for international shipping dependent on your location. When checking out you are able to check the postage cost before finalising your order

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SOCKS I CAN PURCHASE UPFRONT?

There is no maximum quantity of socks that you can purchase at any one time. However we recommend contacting us first if you are interested in a bulk order or in stocking our socks in your store, so that we can work with you to come up with a custom order.
